March Microadventure

So with all that’s been going on in my life recently getting out for a night under the stars has been the last thing on my mind, however last night I had the opportunity and decided to grab it!

I started grabbing the kit I thought i’d need around 8pm and got the bags lashed to my mountain bike and at around 10pm I set off. It took while to find a pitch as it was very waterlogged at the spot I earmarked.

The sky was clear all night and i had the view of thousands of stars, as a result it got very cold – close to zero I reckon (as I write this from home now there is still frost on the ground!)

Got home for 7am and treated myself to a bacon buttie.
